Returns & Shipping


If you are not happy, were not either!  Simply return the item within 14 days. Seriously, why are you still reading? You should be shopping! 

 

Returns can be made within 14 days. 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send in the original packing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Below are step by step instructions.

1. Notify us at info@miraposaapparel.com that you would like to return your item so we can make arrangements with the designer.

2. Look for return address in the package of your item or on label.


3. Send the product back to the supplier within 14 days with receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep your tracking number of the return, just in case.


4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your item was received and of the approval of your refund. Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@miraposaapparel.com or call us at 786-514-6520.

Exchanges  If you need to exchange it for the same item or different size, send us an email at info@miraposaapparel.com and send your item and proof of purchase back to the supplier. The address will be in the packaging.

Free Shipping in the U.S.A. On All Orders Over $50.00
Free Shipping  Internationally On All Orders Over $300.00

Orders typically ship the next business day and received within a week. Unless it is a custom made item or otherwise indicated on the product page.

 

On Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Custom made orders are non-refundable and will be made exactly to your specifications.
